About
I've been making art since I was old enough to hold a crayon, and find inspiration in everything around me. Sometimes it's about capturing the big picture, and other times it's exploring a macro view. A song can show up in the colours, or make me scrap a piece entirely. My influences range from Salvador Dali to Joe Madureira, the graffiti artist on the corner, and Mother Nature herself.
There is no one way to do art, and that's probably the closest I've ever come to accurately describing my work. I hope that never changes. I currently reside in Northern Ontario with my partner, three of our four kids, two cats, and one fish. I'm a proud supporter of women's rights, mental health positivity, and the LGTBQ+ community. |
